If you re looking for a camera that gives you maximum flexibility for professional film productions, the Blackmagic PYXIS 12K is a powerful solution. The camera can be rigged individually and adapts to your workflow – whether in the studio or on the go.

Suitable for any production environment
With the EF mount, you can use many lenses and also choose from a wide range of adapters. The camera supports various resolutions and image formats – from 4K to 12K – giving you the freedom to realise your projects exactly as you imagine. High frame rates allow dynamic shots with smooth motion.

Smart technology
The camera automatically records metadata such as lens data, scene numbers and motion information. With the built-in timecode generator, you can synchronise your recordings precisely. You control the camera via touchscreen, shortcut buttons or external devices such as iPad and Bluetooth controller. You can also access and control the camera remotely via Ethernet.

Storage and interfaces for your workflow
Two CFexpress card slots and a fast USB-C port allow simultaneous recording of Blackmagic RAW and H.264 proxies. The camera supports different codecs and file formats, so you can process your data directly. You can access your files via FTP, SMB and web browser – without detours.

Ready to use – with everything you need
The scope of delivery includes everything you need to get started: from the protective cap to mounting plates and the power supply with international adapters. The camera is built for temperatures from 0 to 40 °C. With a weight of just under 1.6 kg, it remains easy to transport.
