FRITZ!Smart Control 440 – Smart home control unit
With this control element, you can manage key functions of your smart home directly via hardware. Four configurable buttons, a high-resolution e-paper display and the DECT-ULE wireless standard provide a stable connection to the FRITZ!Box. The battery-powered device is designed for mobile use and works independently of a smartphone or voice control. Measured values and switching states are shown directly on the display.
Direct control via DECT-ULE The connection is established via DECT-ULE with a wireless range of up to 40 m inside buildings. Supported devices include FRITZ!DECT and FRITZ!Smart products, compatible Zigbee devices and HAN-FUN shutter controls. Using 3 views, up to 12 individual devices or groups can be switched. In addition, templates, scenarios, the answering machine and guest WiFi access can be activated directly.
Sensors, display and integration An integrated temperature and humidity sensor measures ambient values in a range from 10 °C to 40 °C. The data is displayed on the device, in the FRITZ!Box, in the FRITZ!App Smart Home and in the Matter network. The device can be used as an external temperature sensor for automatic control of FRITZ! radiator controllers. Free updates extend functions and improve system integration.
