Well-designed filtration system The layers of the AP2 build on each other and guide the air step by step through different levels. The rotating structure separates larger particles in advance before the first layer captures visible components. A following layer collects smaller particles and reduces the amount of fine residue. Two consecutive carbon layers bind various gaseous substances and odour particles, while a final fine-pored structure catches the smallest particles mechanically. This creates a construction that processes different particle sizes one after another.
Cyclone separation for large particles Inside, a system of 36 cyclones guides the incoming air into rotating flows. Through this separation, larger particles collect before reaching the filter layers, which eases the load on the structure. The separated components are collected, keeping the airflow stable and reducing interruptions. This preliminary step provides a solid base for the following layers.
Multi-layer filter structure for fine particles The air then passes through several layers designed for different particle sizes.
