A structured daily routine helps children fall asleep more easily and understand the transition between day and night. Clear visual signals provide guidance, making it easier to keep set bedtimes. At the same time, waking up in the morning is gently supported. This creates a routine that gives a sense of security and makes everyday life more pleasant.
Gentle bedtime routine with light signals The integrated sleep mode gradually leads to bedtime and uses colour signals that children can easily understand. 30 minutes before bedtime, a green light shows that sleep time is getting closer and it is time for evening routines like brushing teeth. 15 minutes before, a yellow light reminds of the upcoming bedtime. At bedtime, a red light shows the final transition to sleep, optionally with calming music.
Structured waking for a good start Two individually adjustable alarms allow settings for weekdays and weekends. Visual support starts 30 minutes before wake-up time with a red light, showing that it is still time to sleep. 15 minutes before getting up, a blue light signals the start of the day. At the set time, a green light indicates it is time to get up, supported by a wake-up melody.
Flexible functions for everyday use In addition to the night and alarm mode, the device offers a nap function that works as a timer for planned rest periods. The ambient light with different colours and brightness levels can be used as a night light. Different melodies are also available and can be used separately or together with other functions. This variety supports different needs during the day.
