Craftsmanship meets character
The dark pakkawood handle is shaped with eight edges and sits comfortably in your hand. A decorative mosaic pin adds a subtle nod to Japanese tradition. The blade is made of FC61 steel and hardened through a special ice treatment, giving it long-lasting sharpness and strength.
For clean cuts and confident handling
Sharpened by hand using the Honbazuke method, the blade achieves a fine angle between 9.5° and 12°. This makes it suitable for precise slicing in everyday cooking. Manufactured in Seki, Japan, this knife reflects the heritage of Japanese blade making.

Tips for the care and storage of knives
