Grand Prix
Compete for the most points on four interconnected tracks. Try to become number one out of 24 racers! 

The areas between the tracks are also part of the race!

Complete one track after the other without stopping! 
At each checkpoint - five in total - your ranking must be high enough, otherwise it s... OFF. 
Go for it mercilessly to survive and take first place! 


Free driving

Drive around to your heart s content!
Where to? Wherever you want! In this new mode, you can drive in any direction you like. Explore areas that seem interesting to you and maybe even take a few pictures at particularly picturesque locations.

Play together
Hit the track with your friends, near or far! Up to four players can race on the same console

Play using the buttons and knobs or motion controls as you prefer. Connect a Joy-Con 2 controller to the Joy-Con 2 steering wheel accessory (sold separately) to experience the feeling of being behind the wheel.

You can also play with wirelessly connected Nintendo Switch Joy-Con controllers.

Together, when and where you want

Start GameChat and enjoy the community with friends - even when you re far apart!
Talk via the console s built-in microphone or share your screen in real time. If you connect a compatible USB-C camera, such as the Nintendo Switch 2 camera1 (sold separately), you can see each other via video chat.

Whether you re chasing the trophy in a race or just driving somewhere at random, it always feels like you re travelling with your friends!
