Compact and powerful: The Satechi USB-C Mini NVMe SSD Enclosure is a small and lightweight aluminum enclosure for NVMe SSD drives with a transparent, magnetic cover made of tempered and scratch-resistant glass and an additional lanyard cable to enable ultra-fast storage on the go. The enclosure is optimized to read 2230 mm NVMe solid-state drives at speeds of up to 10 Gbps using Gen 2 USB-C technology to transfer files significantly faster than traditional SATA SSDs. For example, it is possible to transfer 3,000 high-resolution images in less than a minute. In addition, the Mini Enclosure has an integrated silicone pin so that it is easy to switch between several SSDs as required, without the need for tools, and thanks to the pin they are also firmly and securely seated in the enclosure. To protect the files from accidental changes and malware, the Mini SSD Enclosure is also equipped with a write lock switch. In addition, the Mini NVMe SSD Enclosure enables Apple ProRes Log on the iPhone 15 and iPhone 16 Pro, a high-quality video format for improved recording and post-processing capabilities. In order not to overheat at maximum efficiency, the Mini NVMe SSD Enclosure is also equipped with a quiet fan and integrated ventilation slots, which enable an independent cooling function.
