Nová řada M přichází s řadou vylepšení ke kterým patří výkonnější CPU, větší operační pamět, vyšší zisk antény a podpora nového standardu 802.11n. Díky 802.11n přichází Ubiquity s technologií airMAX (protokol TDMA), která má za úkol eliminovat případné kolize (hide node) a zvýšit tak celkovou propustnost a stabilitu celé sítě. Díky technologii MIMO, zde v provední 2x2, jednotky dosahují při standartní šířce kanálu rychlostí až 150Mbps (reálně 100Mbps, half-duplex, TCP).
