Clearly defined areas of use The device is intended for stimulation of skeletal muscles, for example on arms, legs, shoulders or back. Typical uses include muscle activation as well as support for training and rehabilitation measures. It can also be used to support muscle activity. Use on the face, head or neck area is excluded. Programmes from “Warm up” to intensive stimulation help to structure different training and activation goals.
Safe use in everyday life Operation is done via clearly defined intensity levels with controlled power adjustment. This keeps settings consistent and easy to follow. Use is only intended according to the instructions, especially for correct electrode placement. Contraindications such as heart implants or certain health conditions must be strictly observed.

Do not use with pacemakers, defibrillators, heart rhythm disorders or other implanted electronic or medical devices Do not use at the same time as other electronic medical devices Do not use during pregnancy (especially in the first trimester and later in the abdominal area) Stop use immediately in case of unexpected contractions No stimulation near implanted devices, on the front of the neck or in the chest area Do not use on numb, injured or inflamed skin Do not use around the eyes or on the front of the head
