If you want a professional weather forecast directly for your home for several days, the TFA.me ID-04 wireless weather station is the right choice for you. The station regularly receives the latest weather forecasts "Made in Germany" via Wi-Fi from the professionals at wetter.com – without any advertising, subscriptions or additional costs.
Simply select your location online once and the TFA.me station will give you an immediate overview of the weather for one to four days: You can choose to have the display alternate between four day segments for today or tomorrow; alternatively, four days can be displayed in alternation, each with a full-day symbol. The forecast is checked hourly and updated if necessary; in addition, it displays the expected maximum and minimum temperatures for the day. In the event of severe or potentially dangerous weather conditions, a warning triangle appears next to the weather symbol for the respective day or period of the day.
The inverted display in a modern design has coloured and illuminated segments with four brightness levels. These can be set to nine colour options: green, white, light blue, blue, purple, pink, red, orange or yellow.
The weather station is a real all-rounder: In addition to the professional weather forecast, the station collects measured values at your installation site and from the compatible TFA-ID outdoor transmitters within range. These are forwarded via the Internet to the TFA.me portal. This means that you can access local readings from your home or garden while you are out and about anywhere in the world – thanks to its browser-based portal, this works flexibly on your smartphone, tablet or PC. Simply create an account, add the station and transmitters using your individual ID number and then view all the linked devices in an overview. With a single click, you can access the detailed view with a trend chart and you can also set up e-mail alerts.
The station has internal sensors that measure the indoor temperature and humidity at your installation site. Up to five wireless thermo-hygro transmitters (one is included) with a range of up to 100 metres in the open air provide up-to-date data from your garden, garage or children’s room. In addition to the option of displaying a maximum of five sensors on the screen – switched by pressing a button or automatically – the station can receive numerous other transmitters for different measured variables. You can access these online via the TFA.me portal or receive an e-mail data export. This incidentally makes TFA.me the ideal climate control system for your home. At the same time, you can be notified by e-mail if defined measured values are exceeded or not reached. You can also have manual or automated exports of the measured values sent to you by e-mail via the TFA.me portal.
A supplied power cable powers the station. Alternatively, three standard AA batteries (not included) can be used as a backup – for example, in the event of a power failure or if you move the device. The current time at the selected location is continuously displayed, optionally together with the full date or the day of the week (available in six languages). You can set up the station or mount it on the wall where it is clearly visible.
