This form module expands the WonderPress with 2 different 3D methods. Both 3D sublimation and vacuum forming can be carried out with a single unit. The module supports working on curved surfaces and creating precisely fitting moulds. The WonderPress main unit is required for operation.
3D projects with precise fitting During 3D sublimation, the film is pulled evenly around edges and curves by the integrated vacuum system. This makes it possible to fully customise items such as phone cases, badges, or keycaps. Real-time temperature monitoring with an infrared sensor helps determine the correct time for the pressing process. The result is consistent workflows with repeatable results.
Create moulds and templates quickly During vacuum forming, the material is heated and then tightly drawn around a template. This creates precisely fitting moulds with a high level of detail. The integrated vacuum generator works without additional hoses or external pumps. The modular system can be changed without tools and is automatically recognised by the WonderPress.
