The BALLARINI Alba frying pan 24 cm is a high-quality pan that lets you fry with little fat. It is made of aluminium and has a triple non-stick coating Keravis Ti-X with titanium reinforcement, which is very resistant and durable.

The pan is suitable for all hob types including induction, because it has a bimetal base made of aluminium and steel that heats up fast. The ergonomically shaped stainless steel handle stays cool while cooking and the frying pan is oven safe up to 250°C. It has a diameter of 24 cm and suits small to medium portions.

You fry with little fat and clean the pan in the dishwasher (dishwasher safe). The resistant non-stick coating, which is very hard-wearing and also allows the use of metal utensils, supports many different meals.
