It is made of aluminium and has the Keravis Ti-X triple non-stick coating with titanium reinforcement, which is very resistant and abrasion-proof. The pan can be used on all types of cooker, including induction, as it has a bimetal base made of aluminium and steel that ensures rapid heating. The ergonomically shaped stainless steel handle stays cool while cooking and the frying pan is ovenproof up to 250°C. It has a diameter of 24 cm and is ideal for small to medium portions. You can fry with little fat and simply clean the pan in the dishwasher (dishwasher safe). Thanks to the resistant non-stick coating, which is particularly abrasion-resistant and also allows the use of metal cookware, the pan can be used for many different dishes.
